The T.I.S Trough Training Roller is primarily designed to continuously correct belt tracking due to structural misalignment that cannot be corrected.

The trough training rollers has a centre rubber lagged roller with fully adjustable wing rollers mounted on a centre bearing pivot.

Solid blade secondary scraper that can be installed inside the chute just past the pulley centreline.
Self-adjusting rubber torsion elements to maintain consistent blade pressure against the belt.
Interchangeable blades using tungsten, ceramic backed tungsten or polyurethane to match material abrasiveness and belt speed.

Primary belt cleaning solution for majority of belt cleaning applications.
Due to cleaning effectiveness, additional scrapers are usually not required but can be matched with a TIS primary or parabolic scraper.
